Chinese Tea Therapy
Chinese Tea Therapy is a unique natural wellness practice that blends Chinese tea culture with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory — caring for both body and emotions through a single cup of tea, without relying on medication or complex equipment. It doesn't just teach you how to brew a good pot of tea; it teaches you to understand the relationship between a tea's nature and flavour, your body constitution, and your daily state of being — so that through everyday tea drinking, you can gently relieve stress, improve sleep, and restore balance. A Rare and Invaluable Course
Ancient sages recognised the medicinal value of tea long ago. However, with thousands of tea varieties in existence and a lack of sufficient systematic research, a coherent methodology was never fully established — making it difficult to preserve and pass down this knowledge across generations.
It was only in recent decades that Professor Wei Ming, through extensive review of historical literature, firsthand fieldwork across tea-growing regions, and rigorous clinical practice, compiled Chinese Tea Therapy — redefining our understanding of tea's medicinal value and providing the academic foundation needed to preserve and promote Tea Therapy culture.
